Frequently asked questions

All stocked items can be returned or exchanged for any reason unless noted otherwise on the product page (Restocking Fees may apply).

Any item that is a special order item or was quoted for Delivery & Setup Service cannot be returned unless it arrives incorrect or damaged.

Items that were installed per our Delivery & Set Up Service or have been ordered from the manufacturer under our special order policy are not returnable. If the item was damaged by our installers a full removal and replacement will be completed. If the item installed is returned for any reason other than damage past 2 days of complete delivery and set up eofficedirect will charge a setup fee on top of the Restocking Fee (click for details) to have the item removed and returned. 

Any damaged items found should be refused at the time of Delivery & Set Up.

Please note that we are unable exchange or accept returns for any reason on items more 30 days after they have been delivered or items that have been assembled or partially assembled.
