Furniture pieces that require special assembly, are of excessive weight, or need to be carried up or down stairs can be shipped through our Delivery & Set Up Service. This service includes inside delivery and installation of your furniture. Charges for this service vary based on the weight and quantity of items. Please call our customer service department at 888-363-8350 for a quote.

Delivery & Set Up Service is also available if you prefer assistance placing or assembling any items offered on eofficedirect.com. Before you place your order, please call Customer Assistance toll-free at 888-363-8350 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM EST to obtain Delivery & Set Up price quote.

Within a few days after the order is placed, you will receive a phone call to arrange a time to deliver and set up your furniture. The delivery will need to fit your schedule, so we ask that you please allow up to an additional five business days for installation of your order.
