All stocked items can be returned or exchanged for any reason unless noted otherwise on the product page (Restocking Fees may apply).
Items that were installed per our Delivery & Set Up Service or have been ordered from the manufacturer under our special order policy are not returnable. If the item was damaged by our installers a full removal and replacement will be completed. If the item installed is returned for any reason other than damage past 2 days of complete delivery and set up eofficedirect will charge a setup fee on top of the Restocking Fee to have the item removed and returned.
Any damaged items found should be refused at the time of Delivery & Set Up.
Please note that we are unable exchange or accept returns for any reason on items more 30 days after they have been delivered or items that have been assembled or partially assembled. All furniture items that arrive with concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
You must contact customer service at 888-363-8350 for a return authorization, or you may not get credited for any returned items.
Damages and Returns for Credit
If you receive an incorrect item or item that is damaged, eofficedirect.com will replace the item at no cost to you or issue you a refund for 100% of your cost on all orders from our stock. Factory direct orders can only be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s disgression and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
To receive a replacement on stock or factory direct orders, or a refund on stock orders, the incorrect or damaged item must be returned in its original carton.
If your stock order is correct and damage-free but you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, eofficedirect.com will issue you a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition and carton. If the item being returned is damaged in transit, the cost of the damage will be deducted from your refund.
Finally, if you have ordered the wrong item and plan on ordering a replacement item that is of equal or greater value, eofficedirect will issue you a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition and carton. If the item being returned is damaged in transit, the cost of the damage will be deducted from your refund.
The restock fees that we charge are for recovery of shipping costs. If a restock fee is applicable as described above, it is effective from the time that your order ships. Refusing delivery on an item for any reason that would incur a restock fee does not waive the restock fee.
Returns for credit will only be credited to your original payment method after the return has been verified by our warehouse.
