Return Policy

All stocked items can be returned or exchanged for any reason unless noted otherwise on the product page (Restocking Fees may apply).

Items that were installed per our Delivery & Set Up Service, or have been ordered from the manufacturer under our special order policy, are not returnable. If the item was damaged by our installers, a full removal and replacement will be completed. If the item installed is returned for any reason other than damage beyond 2 days of complete delivery and set up, eofficedirect will charge a Breakdown Fee on top of the Restocking Fee to have the item removed and returned.

Any damaged items found should be refused at the time of Delivery & Set Up. Please note that we are unable exchange or accept returns for any reason on items 30 or more days after they have been delivered, or on any items that have been assembled or partially assembled. All furniture items that arrive with concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Please contact customer service at 888-363-8350 for a return authorization prior to any return. Unfortunately, we cannot provide credit for items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Returns for Credit

If you receive an incorrect item or it is damaged upon receipt, eofficedirect.com will replace the item at no cost to you.

Factory direct shipments can only be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion (as noted on the product page) and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

To receive a replacement on stock or factory direct orders, or a refund on stock orders, the incorrect or damaged item must be returned in its original carton.

If your stock order is correct and damage-free but you wish to return it, eofficedirect.com will issue a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition and carton. If the item being returned is damaged in transit, the cost of the damage will be deducted from your refund.

Finally, if you have ordered an incorrect item and plan on ordering a replacement item of equal or greater value, eofficedirect will issue you a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition and carton. We recommend placing parcel insurance on any item being returned in case the item is damaged in transit upon return. If the item being returned is damaged in transit, the cost of the damage will be deducted from your refund, and insurance would cover the difference.

The Restocking Fees that we charge are for recovery of shipping costs. Please note that refusing delivery on an item for any reason would still incur a Restocking Fee.

Returns for credit will only be credited to your original payment method after the return has been verified by our warehouse.
