Shipping Procedure & Policy
eofficedirect.com offers speedy delivery to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible. This is done through our Standard Shipping Service, which is guaranteed curbside or dockside delivery. This service is free for orders that are $75 or more regardless of the items included in your order, even furniture pieces. Any order that totals less than $75 will be shipped for just $8.50.
Next Day Delivery
eofficedirect.com is partnered with UPS and many various freight companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery. Orders that contain items that can be shipped by UPS, as noted on the site, are delivered very quickly. Orders containing only UPS items that are placed before 1:30 p.m. your local time normally deliver the next business day. Orders that do not make the shipping cutoff time or that contain large items that require freight delivery or that are shipped from a warehouse that is not the closest one to you due to stock availability may require additional delivery time.
2-3 Business Days
Orders placed on eofficedirect.com that do not deliver next day due to the time the order was processed, stock restrictions that prevent shipping from the closest warehouse, or are being delivered via a Freight Company normally deliver within 2-3 business days from the time the order was placed. UPS orders often delivered just two days after the order was placed and Common Carrier required orders that are leaving from the closest warehouse may arrive in just two days, but in some cases will arrive in three days instead.
4-5 Business Days
eofficedirect.com reserves the right to hold orders or delay delivery to ensure the validity of the order. On top of this, due to the volume of orders eofficedirect.com processes, maintaining stock in the closest warehouse to your location can not always be guaranteed. These two reasons may delay delivery and fall within a 4-5 Business Day delivery time frame. The cases listed above for delayed delivery are rare and eofficedirect.com works hard to prevent all delays.
Special Order Items
eofficedirect.com sells a wide variety of products that are not listed on our website because of manufacturer restrictions. If you do not find products you need call our customer service department at 888-363-8350 to determine if the item can be special ordered. Special Orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and will generally arrive in 3-5 Business Weeks. The reason delivery takes a substantially longer amount of time is because it is being produced specifically for the customer and handled with the extreme care of the manufacturer.

If you are ordering large items that would require setup and installation, for example having the item carried up/down stairs, you would need to contact a customer service representative for assistance. Please refer to our Setup/Installation Policy for more details.
Although we strive to provide perfect shipments, occasionally shipping errors do occur. If you receive an order that is missing items, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of your order to provide replacements. If an order is missing items and we have not been notified by you, we may be unable to provide replacements.
Please note that any order returned to us because of an invalid shipping address, invalid contact information, refusal by your receiving department or any other reason will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Our current shipping options allow shipping within the contiguous United States. We can ship large orders (over $1000) to Alaska and Hawaii at an additional charge. We do not ship to any international addresses.
For orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses, our free shipping program does not apply. All orders shipping to one of these addresses ship at an additional cost as noted on the web site.
