At eOfficeDirect we strive to make returning items an easy and efficient experience for our customers.
Quick Facts
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
- If any item is received damaged or defective, the customer may choose between a full refund, replacement item, or keeping the damaged item with a partial refund
- Items must be in their original packaging (if possible), unused and in sale-able condition to receive credit.
- Return's per customer request will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Shipping Method = Factory Direct:
- The item is nonreturnable
- Item or Parts will be replaced if item does not arrive in New Condition
- Damages and Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Shipping Method = Quick Ship:
- The item is returnable under full return policy
- All returns are inspected before a refund is issued
- Damages and Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Missing or damaged parts will be replaced upon request
