At eOfficeDirect we strive to make returning items an easy and efficient experience for our customers. 

Quick Facts

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
  • If any item is received damaged or defective, the customer may choose between a full refund, replacement item, or keeping the damaged item with a partial refund
  • Items must be in their original packaging (if possible), unused and in sale-able condition to receive credit.
  • Return's per customer request will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Return policies

Shipping Method = Factory Direct:

  • The item is nonreturnable
  • Item or Parts will be replaced if item does not arrive in New Condition
  • Damages and Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping Method = Quick Ship:

  • The item is returnable under full return policy
  • All returns are inspected before a refund is issued
  • Damages and Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Missing or damaged parts will be replaced upon request

Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and credit to appear on your statement.

  • Photos of damaged item or defective part (if possible)

  • Note whether you would like to have the merchandise replaced or have your account credited.
