Return Policy

When you order from eOfficeDirect, you can return any ordered items for a full refund. We strive to make returning items an easy and efficient experience for our customers.

To insure full credit we do require the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in sale-able condition to receive credit.
  • A Return Authorization number is required for all items being returned to Eofficedirect.

Keep in mind that special order items, food items, beverages and pharmaceutical items are non-refundable. Also, damaged products must be reported within 5 days of receiving them to make them eligible for return. We are sorry, but merchandise received without a valid RA number or in poor condition will be refused and returned to sender. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and credit to appear on your statement.
