Quick Facts

  • Eofficedirect ships orders only within continental U.S.*
  • Most orders ship same day or next day, unless the items are noted as having longer shipping times. 
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Freight shipments are delivered on a first door, first floor basis. Additional services (such as steps, inside delivery, installation, etc.) are not included but may be available directly from the freight carrier upon request.

  • The item ships direct from the manufacturer.

    A tracking number will always be provided via email within 24 hours of shipping, UPS and USPS, FedEx only. Occasionally a local courier service will be used, in which case tracking numbers are generally provided as well.

    Most of our Freight carriers are now providing tracking numbers.
    Please note some freight carriers do not provide tracking information. See below for further information regarding freight shipments.

    Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL.

    Freight shipments - further information

    Freight shipments will be delivered on a first door, first floor basis.  Any additional services (such as steps, inside delivery, installation, lift gate, floor 2+) are NOT included in the shipping policy for freight items.  These services may or may not be available directly from the freight carrier, and the carrier will most likely charge an additional fee.  If these services are required, please plan accordingly.

    Typically, the freight carrier will reach out to the customer before attempting delivery of freight items. Please schedule the delivery for a time when there is no doubt someone will be available to sign for your shipment. Also, please inspect your item upon delivery, and make sure there are no visible damages. If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately. If imperfections are found once the item is unpackaged, please also contact us immediately.
