Welcome to Eofficedirect.com. Please review these site terms of use which govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to the below terms, please do not use or access this web site.

Eofficedirect operates this site within the United States. All claims relating to, and including, the use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. If you choose to access this site from any other location, you personally assume the liabilities and compliance with the applicable state laws, and indemnify against all such claims.

The personal information that you give us when ordering products from us is kept confidential by Eofficedirect.com does not sell, trade, or lease our customer's information, including mailing or email lists. We do send an occasional email promotion, but you always have the option to ask to be removed from our email promotion list.

You agree to our Privacy Policy with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

All products advertised for sale on this web site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any product for any reason we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

All prices stated on the site or in any of our email promotions, price lists or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.

When the payment method is a credit card, Paypal or Amazon payments, the payment is made at the point of submission.

Special orders may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. These shipments will be made as soon as possible. Typically, the customer will be provided with an estimated delivery date at the time the special order is placed with Wrigley's Business Products.

CANCELING AN ORDER WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED

UPS and Common Carrier trucks leave our warehouses all throughout the day; therefore, your order may have been processed and shipped soon after the order has been placed. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for all freight charges. We ask that any request to cancel an order be made via email. This allows both parties to have a written record of the cancellation. If you refuse shipment for the purpose of canceling an order, you will not be credited back the shipping charge. We play fair and expect the same from you.

RETURNING GOODS

We have an easy return policy. Please refer to our Return Policies and follow the return process. Please note, some products are ordered directly from the Manufacturer. Returns to some of the manufacturers may incur a restocking fee depending upon their policy.

DAMAGE CLAIMS OR PRODUCT SHORTAGES

Any claims for damage and/or missing products MUST be reported in 48 hours! It is important to check your orders upon receipt.

LIABILITY

We cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to products caused by you. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

The receipt of an order confirmation email by Eofficedirect does not constitute acceptance of an order. Eofficedirect reserves the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information be required prior acceptance and fulfillment of an order. Eofficedirect reserves the right to accept or reject business from any individual, business or organization.

COUPON CODES AND PROMOTIONS

Eofficedirect reserves the right to limit use of coupon codes and buyer promotions. We may at times limit the number of times the coupon code or promotion may be used. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers, special promotions, or previous purchases.
